The CD changer was jammed on my recently purchased RRSport, the dealer replaced this for me and picked the car back up yesterday, unfortunately they've replaced it with another fault and now the BT mic is not working.

I'm presuming a loose wire is the culprit, anyone know the wire colour at the back of the HU? Or could it of even come loose by the mic itself with pulling and tugging? I'm presuming this is by the interior light and an easier job to rule out?

there is a 2nd connector which is used for the mic and aux input from the rear console.

So if the aux input isn't working either, that connector may be unplugged

Thanks for that, just tried the aux and that's all working.

You usually have to run another wire from the back of the head unit to the MIC. It's quite straight forward if your vaguely competent with a soldering iron
