2005 RRS shaking

Hi Gents any idea on what this might be? Basically when im driving the whole car shakes. It kinda wobbles so to speak almost feels like your driving over cobbles. Its really prominant at low speed and less so on motorways. Wheel bolts etc are tight and gear box feels smooth.

cheers

Check the tyres for damage bulges etc, have you had the wheels balanced/checked ? 2008 G4 RRSport TDV8 current

cheers just been out checked. Tyres have no buldges but could do with being replaced. front wheels have no play, however the both rears have about 3mm sideways play.. Should there be any movement in the rear top wishbone mount?

Hi mate sounds like you have warn top bushes as there shouldn't be any play. When they get bad enough the DSC starts kicking in on corners. I would jack up the car and spin the wheels to check for bulges in the tread. 2008 G4 RRSport TDV8 current

Can be replaced in fact did one the other day on a D3.can be a right pain as the arm has to be removed and the top inner bolt seize up and have to be cut out, not a lot of room. Also mark the outer bolt as it's an excentric cam and needs to be refitted in the same position.. 2008 G4 RRSport TDV8 current
