2010 front bumper removal - instructions?

Has anyone got any links to good videos on how to remove a 2010 front bumper on a RRS?

United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black

Just remove headlights and front grille and you will see all the screws required then before you remove all have a look at the inner splash guards and check if there are any of the screws holding them on pull it back far enough to remove headlight washer pipes and front spot plugs then it should slide out
