As above, when braking slowly doing 30-70mph or anywhere in between the steering wheel vibrates

This could be warped discs, any good garage will be able to confirm this. Unfortunately it would require new discs and pads.

Did you by any chance have the discs and pads replaced about a thousand miles ago?

Try Advanced Factors (one of the forum sponsors). They list a Borg & Beck kit of discs & pads (including bolts etc) for £109. It's easy enough to do yourself and should only take a couple of hours.

Since Andyjay123 has been looking for a video of a performance exhaust on a 3.0, I suspect those are the one type of brakes it's safe to assume he probably doesn't have.
