It's probably just a harmonic frequency thing going on. I use a stretch of the A34 every day that has expansion joints in the surface. These set up a similar slight forward/backwards pitching sensation at about 50mph. It probably just corresponds to some natural frequency in the suspension system. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

If yours is a used car (ie you aren't the first owner) check that you still have the big resonance damper weights still attached under the car, some people remove them for some reason, but they have a purpose - to cure what you have experienced. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
