Lithuania 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black

well i am not from UK Smile

anyway...i will make video tomorrow but now my vehicle behaves very badly.

in the morning, when engine is cold, when i start vehicle - then a lot lot lot of smoke appears from exhaust. white, grey or simmilar color:) and when car is in smoke engine does not want to have throttle, but after 2-5 seconds engines starts to work normally and it works normally all the rest of the day.

i went to service and we made real time diagnostics and it shows that one EGR works perfectly it opens and closes completely when it is needed, another one does not closes 100%.

so can it be EGR, or it could even be Injectors? or anything else?

can some of you attach pdf's on how to take out left EGR.

we will try to take it out and clean.. if it would help at least for a while then it is possible that i need to purchase new one EGR, as i did not hear that someone can completely blank EGR's on TDV8. some say it is possible but when it comes to real deal then blablabla Smile

so if some one has info how to remove left EGR please upload it.

Thanks.

here is the video with smoke.

i am starting to think that it could be injectors.

LAUNCH computer shows that 1 EGR works perfectly, 2nd does not open for 100% (about 95%)

That is unburnt fuel - if it was on a cold engine on a cold morning I would say have a look at the glow plugs but I guess it is not cold - so I cannot help with what might be causing this but if you do have EGR issues this needs to be fixed first. If the issue continues then I would be looking at an injector clean and a check of the glow plugs. 07MY RRS TDV6

so on cold i have EGR "warning" - check system does not appears but LAUNCH shows something like warning.
and 2 cylinder's injector gives 1200 mg of fuel. i think it should give up to 1000.

we will check on warm motor and see what happens..
