Go for the black body - not the silver pictured.

Mind you its only a personal preference and should make no odds to the overal cost. Very Happy

Hmmm Confused

It's like anything electrical/technical etc these days = When do you buy into the market??????

As soon as you do it will be out of date & superceded by its successor Sad

I've had a 42" Plasma for about 3yrs now - one of the 1st Pnasonic vieras to hit the shelves - its still a good picture - but boy is it out of date when you consider HDMI & the gradual introduction of material being recorded and broadcast in higher definition. But hey ho, I'll change again when I feel HDMI broadcasts are uk wide?

Same with camers - For mine and your needs JAY even our 300D is overkill ............ we'll never use all its functions!

You pbviously want to get into taking good quality photographs now....... then ..... nows the time : Get one & get snapping now ............... before there's nothing left to snap Wink

Agree with you MDP. Bought the 5D less than a year ago and now they are talking about a new model (1DsIII). Granted, I'm not yet ready for a $10,000 camera. But you'll never know Smile
