Hi, I am new to the forum so not sure what to do yet, I have a RRS 2007 with Brembos on the front i bought some wheels from e-bay but they will touch the brakes if fitted i bought some spacers but they would not fit over the hub i returned to the company as we thought they had sent the wrong size they sent a new set but still did not fit the company said they had never had problems with them before, As anyone any ideas whey they would not fit, Thanks Steve

What size of wheel are you using, certain wheels will not fit

Both sets of wheels are 19" the new ones will fit on the hub but will touch the brembos thats why i thought the wheel spacers would solve the problem, Thanks

What width though, I think it is 9x19's that fit - 8's do not

I may be wrong though

DO you have a picture of the wheels, to help us identify them?

Most (if not all) FFRR wheels from 02-05MY will not fit D3/RRS...

I have 8x19 wheels (Standard D3 HSE) which clear my Brembo's just fine Thumbs Up

Once the wheels are bolted up tight onto the hubs, if they do not foul the caliper then, they will be fine Thumbs Up

If they do rub when tight, then you need spacers.

I know my D3 wheels are bloody close to the calipers Shocked

I fitted some 20"wheels off a RRsport to my HST and they were EXTREMELY close to the calipers Shocked Put it this way, if i had given the calipers another coat of paint they would have touched Big Cry
Decided to refit the originals Thumbs Up

So its not a wheel issue, its a spacer issue...

All RRS hubs are the same, if they don't fit yours, they won't fit any RRS

OP -

Some where on the back of the wheel you should find the LR part number which will also state the OFF SET which I think for the RRS is 53.

Did the wheels come from a Sport/ - I see from your photo that you have a 275/45 tyre I thought (but might be wrong) the LR recommended 20" Sport tyres were all 40 section.
