Air con compressor

Hi all, my air con isn't cold. I had it regassed was ok for 1 day. Went back said it could be the compressor but let's try the in can pipe sealer stuff, forgot the technical name. Worked for maybe a week now to cold again. Is it my air con compressor that needs changing? Can they be fixed? If not how much is a new one?

I doubt its the compressor it's more likely to be the condenser or dryer that has a leak in it..when they did the regas did they do a leak check with a uv light source..

Flack Thumbs Up

As Flack says, it is does not stay cold, there is a leak somewhere. Most common is the condensor, and very reasonably priced from site sponsor Advanced Factors Thumbs Up

To confirm though, you need a U/V dye put into the system , and checked with a U/V light to highlight any leaks Thumbs Up
