Dynamic response leak

Been getting red suspension light on. Had checked fluid levels and fine but whilst having another check round yesterday, noticed dynamic fluid response level was below minimum. Topped it back up and fault gone. Since then, checked under car now weather is a bit better and dry driveway, there is definitely a leak. Drips on drive and underside of car has lovely coating of fluid.

Leak appears to be coming from passenger side. Can't see anything as underside of engine covered with protection covers. Gonna have to get it on some ramps and see if I can locate the leak.

Only had car 6 weeks, bought from a garage with a warranty but I'm not holding my breath with it after I read through.

Question is, is there a common fault with this? Been reading of ARB's leaking at costs of £1600, is this common?

Other question, is it too long since buying the car to get back on to garage? The yellow suspension light came on couple weeks after I bought car but quick read on here about random messages appearing, I thought it not worth worrying about.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 2007 TDV6 HSE

Chrale I had a DR leak on the ARB which is placed approx. at the rear wheels/axle (a little bit to the front of he car- I would say behind the rear seats) middle to rear seat passenger side is where I had fluid drips on my garage floor. I do not know if this is a common problem but ARB is expensive and it takes about 2-3h to replace it (some LR dealers wil say that they have to take the chassis off but it is not necessary)
But first of all I would go back to the garage where you bought the car. 2008 RRS TDV8 HSE, Java black, Alpaca,.....

This appears to be leaking from the front of the car, there's nothing from bulkhead back over. No drips this morning and level not moved from top up yesterday. I'm starting to wonder if its a pump issue as I'm guessing its leaking when the car is running, which could possibly indicate a seal/pipe weeping under pressure.

Have called a couple of Land Rover specialists but all closed over bank holiday weekend Sad 2007 TDV6 HSE

Yes there is front too (what I meant was that it is not rear ARB sorry for confusion). You should also check Bobby's Gallery where you can see that there could be a leak from the pipe o-rings and not from the hydraulic seal on the ARB. 2008 RRS TDV8 HSE, Java black, Alpaca,.....
