Just A Question

I dont think anything is wrong but ive just noticed (it hasnt been started for two days) when i strted my car the sat nav screen seemed to flicker and go brighter when i revved uo the car once i had strted to move all was fine i did notice though the heater plug light seemed to take a aboout 10 seconds to go out when i started it it then cut out had to do it again wait for glow plug light to go out then fine is this normal as it has been really cold here the last two days thanks pete also how difficult is it to change the plugs car has done 85k cheers "Remember its easier to say sorry than it is to get permission " especially off the Mrs !!

Yes i checked them the other day and they appeared loose so i tightend them will check again though Thumbs Up

approx 10 secs for glow light to go out is that normal and how many times should i do the cycle in cold weather cheers

Just checked battery all terminals tight "Remember its easier to say sorry than it is to get permission " especially off the Mrs !!

Thanks beancounter how do i check the vin number which part of it i tink it starts with saall or something as if mine falls into this bracket it might not have been done so i assume i can check it out Thumbs Up "Remember its easier to say sorry than it is to get permission " especially off the Mrs !!

I suppose you can call a dealer and find out if the TSB was ever applied to your vehicle - I assume they keep such things on a central database.
