Cheers ,i just gave it a good coating of 2pack black gloss then lined it with 6mm rubber sheet so it doesnt rub on the tyre/wheel .
Time will tell if the paint is good enough under there . zx12r

Good piece of work Thumbs Up

If you have sealed the plate against the tyre with the rubber sheet it would be worth considering adding a drain hole at the lowest point. It is suprising how much water will get entrained and build up in there otherwise - even without wading.

Should be ok to be honest as the rubber does not seal that tight Thumbs Up zx12r
