They are correct VA, the only way to get email on the phone is to go to webmail over the net (3g internet connection).

If you are connecting to an office network that uses Microsoft Exchange Mail Server, it is possible to configure Exchange to allow your handheld device to "pull" email from the mail server.
We've done it for a number of clients using a variety of different handsets.
Blackberrys do have some nice features over a normal handheld. You can "preview" emails before downloading them, for example. You can also browse your office network for files that you can then attach to outgoing emails. You can get a free 30 day trial here:

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

This weekend's Sunday Times has a "short-test" of the N80 in the Dors computer section, along with 3 others. It comes out top but has some serious shortcomings like lack of battery power................ apparrently all the techy bits eat battery charges in it.
I didn't realise it had wifi and VoIP (but no Skype yet) built in.
Draw backs: Apparrantly the browser isn't up to much, no autofocus on the camera (but the photos a superb despite this)

I'll being looking for one though.................... it will make a good replacement for my Nokia 9000 communicator from about 5 years ago!
How are you finding yours jay? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW
