Hi, my 05 (80k)RRS TDV6 HSE broke down with all accessories lights come up on the dashboard (ABS, DSC, battery, suspension, etc) tonight. Could notr start the engine for a while, the AA came did the jump-start the engine up and told me the alternator was gone (not charging up the battery). The car was towed home. Has anyone experience this? I'd like to know if there is only alternator or major seriuos problem(s).

Fairly common - 99% sure it's ether battery or alternator not charging battery. Don't worry. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Try Eurocarparts were £100 for my FFRR alternator, £350 cheaper than main stealer, worked perfectly |
