Which independent did you get the quote from? I'm similarly looking in the SouthEast.

The RRP of the parts needed are £278.25 to £295.71 depending on your chassis number.

This is for MY10 onwards

It takes about an hour or so to install and then of course the activation in the cars CCF.

Just remember that there is a significant investment in the kit to do these enablements, so i'm not suprised at some of these prices coming up.

If you ordered this from the factory, then it would be £1120 option.....

Quick recap, does that FBH lock itself into not working if there is 3 consecutive failed attempts for it to start?

Just to say you can now activate the park heating function with the IIDTool Thumbs Up Done this morning on my MY13, and the way temperatures are going, it looks like I'll be needing it!

Not on your year model, no, although you can fit an aftermarket remote for the FBH to your 07 RRS.

Timed Park heating is only on my10 onwards. Thumbs Up Bodsys Brake Bible

I have a 2008 TDV8. I have timer for FBH and it works fine. Is it possible to get the heater to heat the inside of my RRS? If yes how?

Answer: Not possible at the moment. Sad
