Adam have you tried holding down the lowering button, this locks the suspension?? dont know why it would raise once you have locked it tho sorry. |

The engines running... i hold down the lower button and down it comes.... great.

It shouldn't raise once the engine is off - unless it is grounding on something or the tyres are fouling? Try holding down the button once to lower to access, then a second time (and hold it for a few seconds) until the car beeps at you and it tells you it is "locked" in access height. You'll need to reverse the procedure to get back to normal height (or drive over 30kph). Maybe it's not lowered completely and you opened the driver's door? This action can cancel the lowering request.
