Its broken again.

It behaved all week, but today it failed about 5 times in a row. Tried turning off the engine, but even that didn't fix it. So despite ULR insisting that its all ok, clearly they still haven't found the problem. I have no idea what they actually "fixed".

I'm pretty much over throwing money at ULR to try and fix it, as they have had the car for approx 3 months, and have been putting km's on it while their staff drive it to and from work to check if its fixed.

Not sure where to go from here. Have an undrivable $100k+ car that is intermittently faulty with a problem that seems to be unfixable, and I can't really sell it like that either.....

Dumped the car back at the dealer. Put up with the failing suspension for a month as I needed to tow the horse float.

It must have dropped on its bump stops about 20 times during that month. Yesterday it dropped 3 times in a row, and turning the car off and on did not fix it.

Whoever said it was fixed (without any explanation of what they actually fixed or what was faulty) was clearly just trying to get rid of the car. Really comforting knowing such "professional" people are working on a $100,000+ car

Full sympathy to you mate! Went through the same carry on with mine! Luckily though mine was still under warranty! Current, M135i in Estoril Blue with more extras than the cast of Ben Hur.
