Hi, I had a similar prob when i got mine, i think from the source button press that till you get the cd player showing, then press a disc number i.e. 1 as it has a six disc player when number 1 shows press eject or insert disc, then do the same select number 2 and insert disc and so on.

Not 100% but if you remove the cover on the door handle you should be able to put the key in the door and lock it manually!! |

My car went in 2 days a go and they didnt get a key in time as the spare one stopped working!! I think it all depends on the dealership!! They need to program it too!! You could just push the lock in when door is open from inside then close door...that should lock it...but remember if they key doesnt work you will have to remove the door handle cover to get back in!! Good luck |

Hi Chris, the other thing may be if car has been sat on the forecourt for a while to discharge key, then it may take a good while for key to recharge, so if you can leave it on the drive for a few hours with the key in ignition may restore charge? |

If you've just bought the car it's their problem and you shouldn't have to pay for the fix - saying that it is Stratstone's so nothing amazes me from that dealership. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

give it a good charge. It's unlikely to be the receiver. ============
