That's not a real car, is one of those little Micro Machines... are Porsche on the verge of losing it? Stick to what you're good at!!!

At first I thought Autocar were pulling an early April Fool........... but not so when you read the item in the mag. It is a "computer enhanced" picture (ie they have made it up!) and I agree it looks like one of those radio controlled toy cars photographed close up! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Problem is, Porsche seem to listen to these so-called 'Brand Gurus'. Their view is that the Porsche brand will stand this expansion from what they do best - Sportscars (See Butt-ugly Cayenne)

Supertrotter - the thing that wrecked the A class more than anything else was Mercedes UK desire for market share............... and entering into a deal with Stellios Hajianou that dumped 1000's of used A classes onto the 2nd hand market every 3-4 months. It wasn't just the A class that suffered poor quality contorl and inferior construction that did so much harm to Mercedes reputation.......... the M class nearly did that single handedly for Merc. A Mercedes built in the USA, by Amercian labour, to American standards and with Amercian made parts.................. you would have thought they might have done better research and then they would have found that most Europeans don't want to buy American cars........ for very good reasons. At least BMW managed to maintain the quality of their two US built cars - the Z3 and the X5, but I recall the motoring press here slagging both of those off for not being to BM's usual quality standards with the early ones. Sorry if this upsets our American readers............. but most of you seem to be buyers of European motors intsead of Ameriacn made products 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it 2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced 2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW |

Plus not making the ML a 7 seater, forcing people with old 7 seater Ml's to go towards other marques or make do with the odd looking R class.
