Under passenger seat, it is behind the palstic panel at the front, needs a bloody good tug to remove the panel, if you sush the seat all way forward you will see the unit under the seat for reference |

You can also reach it from behind the seat without removing that front panel, just move the seat all the way forward and up, then you should be able to slide your hand above the DVD drive and "feel" your way to the lock slider and eject button. |
