Those rims fit fine on old Vogue and old and new Disco, so I am assuming new RRS should be OK as well?

Yes, they will be fine. I have put L494 wheels with 255/55R20 tyres on L320 with no issues. And overall diameter of 255/55R20 tyre is bigger than your 265/50R20, so you will definitely be fine

There is a great free app that I am using, called "Tire Expert". It allows you to compare any tyre sizes and tells you the difference between them
