Hi guys, got in my rrs this morning and there is a loud tapping sound coming from engine, I think it's the top.

All done and sorted guys, thanks for all your help.
The cars got bags more torque and a lot faster of the mark,
and the turbo lag has all but gone. I'm well happy with her now. |

£450 sounds perfectly reasonable for a reputable remap + EGR delete.
I would be wary of the cheaper options. Cheap maps are cheap for a reason

The EGRs can be as dead as you like.
I suggest you contact member "geoff." (note the full stop) - he can fit the BAS emulators and remap it for you.

Thanks guys. I'm going for the EGR delete and remap. That way it will sort out the EGR valves and give more bhp and torque.

Just thought I'd let you guys know that you can't blank off the EGR valves on an 09 plate, as It only works on tdv6 up to chassis number A6 and not EU4.
