Mystery Solved. It was a crook wheel bearing (front left).
The service people were actually very good. They picked up on handbrake noise and cleaned and adjusted rather than replacing the mechanism.

Software updates fixed this issue on mine. I used to have to use sport mode for roundabouts but now it is fine. The update was done a couple of years ago. |

Regardless of tyre, i always go for the max load pressure recommendation. Slightly hard ride, much better handling and wear. |
