The L/R part numbers for the towing harness on a MY13 L320 are 13 Pin VPLST0071 & 12 N/S VPLST0070. You should be able to cross reference these to a aftermarket part number.

To get around the LED indicators the usual fix for these cars is to fit 2 relays and 2 load resistors to the caravan.
Not a very elegant solution, but is the proven method.
