2013 Range Rover Sport Supercharged HSE Zermatt Silver

F***ing W***ers!!!!

So my RRS made it to week old on Friday, got off the train from London to find an inch and half key scratch - right in the middle of the front passengers door Deep, I mean metal deep

I really dont know what to say Mrs W cried, I just thought of catching them, shoving the minigun up thier A and letting rip!!! GONE** RRS 3.0SC Silver fully loaded - 2020 110 loving it

OMG, so sorry for you Wokkaman.
Some driving a white van ripped the nearside wingmirror off mine on Friday when he pulled out of a slip road and tried to cut in onto the M27 at Fareham. LR insurance are tracing the reg I gave them through the national computer, but don't hold out much hope of getting anything back. The bastard never stopped and there were no markings on the van either. Worse this is already a replacement mirror unit from my tangle with a tanker in Scotland last summer.............. fortunately there was no other damage as I could easily have had the near side damaged (again!) 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Word of advise, don't get the repair done through LR - find a LR approved bodyshop and get it done direct. They will charge about 1/2 of the LR dealer but obviously if it's an insurance job it doesn't matter. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

NUKE'EM ............

As VA quite rightly pointed out - find a good local paint shop - much cheaper. I have never paid more than £150 to get this sort of thing done/repaired. Wifes TT was hit by a cyclist TWICE .. unbelievable .. and on both occassions what looked a right mess was expertly repaired for £150.

Damn man sorry to hear that I'd say nick an apache or your chopper and scare the hell out of them (Thinks of scene of top gear with JC and Apache).

Whilst its amazingly frustrating for anybody, brand new is even worse. I cant begin to imagine how annoyed you are however put it down to outright envy. There are chavs and bas ds out there who are envious because they cant begin to afford what you have.

Wokkaman I am sorry to hear that. Something I dread finding as you are unlikely to find the ignorant waster that did it.

Unfortunately with all the bad press the government and Ken Livingstone currently give to 4X4's it seems to be giving licence to damage such vehicles.

as VA said, go direct to a bodyshop - I've just had mine repaired via Shukers and they just sub'd it out to a Jeep Dealer's repair centre - not sure the mark up, however whatever it was it wasn't worth it as Shukers didn't add any value added

It's getting to the stage here in Australia that you can't leave any good vehicle and not come back to some damage.
If it isn't the prius driving enviro radicals getting revenge on the "sperm of the devil' 4x4 driver then it's some useless envy driven lout. What's worse is that the authorities seem to think that somehow we nearly deserve this kind of anti social behavior.
I know what you are feeling and I don't know whether it's the sense of violation or the feeling of impotence at not getting any respect or justice that angers me most.
All I can say is that everyone here is outraged by this sort of thing.
At the end of the day I remind myself that it is me, not them, that gets to enjoy my RRS and they can all take a flying leap at themselves.
