Crap!! Sorry, Martin!! Yes!! I got it in last week. A late Christmas present. Guy Salmon in Coventry sent it to me. It wasn't as expensive as expected. It has worked perfectly, except for this most recent issue. Thanks again for all of your help. |

So very kind of you. I may ask you to ask the service dept about this issue. The US dealers don't have this part in their stock so they probably won't be able to help me. I simply can't get the microphone to work when the phone is in the cradle. Maybe they would know if it could be a wiring problem, or maybe they have seen this problem in particular with the Sony Ericsson cradles? Any help would be much appreciated. |

First thing to test is another cradle as these can be faulty. If another one is the same, the next thing to try is the same model phone as yours, in your car. My nokia 6230 had corrupt software issues and I had to replace the phone itself.
