Looking around eBay, a set of genuine 20" Stormers with tyres is around £1500 - there seems to be a set on there at the minute for £1100 with one part worn tyres.

This option would leave you with over £500 in your pocket, and a complete set of 20" wheels and tyres to sell, which would be easier than just the wheels.

The disadvantage is that you're unlikely to be covered by any parts warranty for the wheels themselves from Land Rover, but you might have some cover if you buy from a company rather than a private seller Smile Like this site? Buy some RRSPORT goodies to show your support!

Thanks all. Sourced them direct from the company posting on flea-bay. Also Part-ex'd the factory 20" alloys, so net cost is £850. Much better than via dealer. Thumbs Up

Now just need to wait for delivery!! Cool

I'd maybe see about fitting different tyres.

The Contis seem to be a bit weak for a 4x4 the size & weight of RRS.

A few people (Me included) have experienced cuts in the sidewalls.

3 weeks away from taking delivery of my new TDV8 HSE Very Happy !! Very excited but can't decide whether to have the Stomer alloys fitted or just take the standard alloys. Think the stormers look better, but how easily do you think i can shift the 20" alloys through ebay (or anywhere else), as the dealer won't buy them back from me? What sort of price can i get for the 20"?

Have you seen the TDV8 alloys? I understand that they are different from the normal 20". Does anybody have any pictures?

Mine look like the standard 20"supercharged wheels and came on Conti 275/40/20s.

I'm running them on Nokian winter tyres at the moment before I switch back to my conti-clad Stormers from my last RRS.

Hmmm... there's def a new 19 for MY07 as per Kaine's car above... and there's also a new 18 for SEs, I thought the std wheel for the TDV8 was the usual SC wheel, with Stormers as an option (both 20s obviously)?
