Squeaking front seat

Love my RRS but the front seat base squeaks and has for the last 20k. Dealer has had it out 4 times. It is better for a while afterwards but it is driving me crazy!

Anyone else run into this. If so how did you fix it?

Have you checked under the seat to ensure the seat harness is not pressing against the sat nav unit? This could the route cause of your problem. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

My car started squeaking, but from the rear tailgate area as soon as I got to about 20K.

What is it about the plastics used that make so much noise? L319 D4 HSE

Now be nice, boys. Once the rear brake pads completely fell off, I did not really have any squeaks except this one. TB - I will take a look but it can't be that simple, can it? By the by, I have not watched the Chelsea/Man U match on the tivo yet who won? Though yesterday, she would not shift up from 3rd, except in manual. Then this morning, not out of second. Dealer - Got flashed, all good now.

Man Utd won the first half, Chelsea won the second half - honours even after 90 minutes.

There you go no need to watch the match now, you can go out to play in your RRS. RESULT Thumbs Up Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

My RRS has just clocked 17k and alas...........

.....the drivers seat has now started squeaking! Big Cry

Has anyone discussed this further in the forum and know what the issue is?

Due in for a service at 19k (Service intervals are much shorter over here than UK) and will probably wait til then but is like having a steering wheel in my pants.
