It's definitely enabled in your profile, so it would appear to be a problem with your browser. They work for me in Firefox 2.0 and IE, it might be worth trying IE to see if it's a browser issue.

Not personally, I don't use it. I presume it comes with a help function?

I did read the help section, also played w/ the software but not much luck. Just found the safe list for emails not sites. |

Sledgehammer approach, so not recommended but if you actually disable NIS do you get the popups OK? At least if you do, then you know it's NIS blocking them and we can look further into how you can allow this site without compromising the rest of your machine.

Do you know what version of NIS it is? I'll try and dig up a user guide.
