Get them to swap your mats for the rubber ones. They are held in place by sort of wing locks and are excellent. As we live in the country and have to deal with mud pretty regularly, rubber mats were the only way to go and we're quite happy with them. Mind you, it will never be possible to clean them back to the condition they were in when new...the black rubber just seems to gray with mud...not that I've put much effort in to finding a better way to clean them 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE, Java/Ebony/Cherry, Privacy, Sunroof, PTI, Premium Sound, SatNav, Cold Climate, Tow kit, CarStyle coded grill and vents, Tasmods, Stormers, JE Exhaust, Autobiography badge |

Did I read somewhere that you can lift the wipers further if they are in the up position? I think I tried this but could not get them to rest in the up position, when switching the engine off mid sweep they went home - did i read this or dream it.... |

Check with MDP... he might have claimed the whole arm under warranty, I think. Anyway, my first claim was when the blades became noisy. Second time around the bloody thing just tore... . I would say its a quality problem. Trinity Landrover = my dealer - changed both arms without any questions - they suggested it, saying the reason they squeaked was that the spring retention in them was weak and thus needed replacing.

Sounds familiar that the blades wouldn't be under warranty due to being consumables, but the arms should be... and they'll give you new blades to go with the arms I would imagine.
