They were very good

VA, could you not ask LR to use their guys to privacy tint the car, that would be cheaper and comes with warranty alongside the LR, so you'll be covered.

I had the dealer tint my RRS when i bought it and we had stratstone do my brother in law's D3 when they got that. Saves you the bother that way, plus makes use of the time between now and delivery and they can sort it out for you...

would they allow an external third party to come in and do it on their premises? ask jay for his tinting guy.. he's in Luton..

I assume that if you use a dealer, you have to pay a dealer markup as well as the original cost of the tinting work? That would grate with me a little bit.

Sim you can get the drivers window done but you must check the legal requirement. If I were you I would cancel the dealer tint as they will probably charge about £650+VAt - you can get that done for £200 cheaper by cutting out the dealer. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
