Therefore no complaints at the moment. However In my industry things break down continually. So may be my tolerance level is greater...

Landlord isnt used to owning luxury motors so hes used to the odd knocks and rattles. As for big ears his ears are huge but compared to his head they look quite small

My car also does not start first time some times - I turn the key and nothing happens

You may already be doing this if you car doesn't start first time but when you insert the key do you leave the self check system to complete it's cycle and make the gong sound? It only takes a few seconds longer but it allows the various sensors to do their job before starting. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Not many problems!

1. Paint damage between the tailgate panels.
2.Wheel wobble - until I changed to Pirelli tyres, it was the tyres Guv, not the balancing, steering etc.
3.Retracting mirrors still stick out too far when folded
4.Logic7 is rubbish, Logic7 is rubbish, Logic7 is rubbish, Logic7 is rubbish, but works great with BMW’s
5.The cell phone cradle keeps dropping off the interface!

Things that are right with the car.......lots more than wrong!

5 and a half:- Ok then, the interior lights are rubbish and you can’t see in the back seat and have to keep groping around, although that can lead to other highlights!

I like my H/K sound - whats up with yours?

Must admint I had the Logic 7 before and I cant really tell a big difference - infact I think the front imageing is better without!

Like Josh here - just over 3,000km and no complaints. Found three blemishes on the paint (two on the roof and one on the bonnet) but not major faults. Otherwise, the car runs beautifully - no knocks, no scraping noises, no squealing parking brakes...

It's not a perfect car, none is, but it remains a pleasure to drive.

One of my colleagues at work, on seeing ours - ordered one for his wife (MY07) and took delivery today. Big grin on his face when he came back into the office. I'm happy for him but also impatient to check out the electric hatch to see if I can have it retrofitted on my 06  2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE, Java/Ebony/Cherry, Privacy, Sunroof, PTI, Premium Sound, SatNav, Cold Climate, Tow kit, CarStyle coded grill and vents, Tasmods, Stormers, JE Exhaust, Autobiography badge

1/Continuing suspension sensor failure
2/Knocking underneath
3/slight engine roughness at certain rpm
4/Dealers lack of knowledge on all things Landrover!

Rad, do you know there is a tech note / fix issued for this? Ask you dealer to fix it. They put two rubber stops on the upper tailgate, remove some part, lubricate all the hinges and polish out the scatches. RRS TDV6 Bluetooth, VR, Roof

Thanks for the info.....to be honest I gave up using the window hatch and just open the full door. Get my V8 TDi in a few months which has a soft close feature....and assume they will have sorted out the window close on the new model!

I'm very pleased with my SE. Iit was built 3 months before launch day and was supplied without the Fuel Burning Heater. That was fixed at the service this year when the dealer installed one under warranty - apart from that mine has been into the dealers numerous times at their request and my convenience for various ECU upgrades for it's routine service. Pretty much the same as my experiences over a year of RRS ownership too. By the same token, Mrs S has had two FLs over the past 4 years and not a single problem with those either.

So it's not all doom and gloom for LR owners!
