Will Brembos fit on a standard HSE discs

Hi i have a Range rover HSE but i dont have the Brembo calipers.
i do have the RRSC 20" wheels though.
my question is: Will the Brembos fit around the standard discs ok or do i need a bigger disc upgrade too.
i dont really wanna change the disc size.

Regards
Matt C

From what I remember it's a straight swap of the calipers. Paul has done it. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Yes, I seem to remember that's the case... it's the wheel size that would scupper you if you had smaller wheels than the 19s.

Hope this isn't a daft question but does / did the RRS come with wheels smaller than 19's?

You can't fit the Brembo calipers to the standard disks.
You need to change both items. You will also need new backplates to match the larger discs. Fortunately, these are pretty cheap (I can't remember precisely how much). The only other thing is new brake pad warning light wires. I recal they are bonded into the standard brake pads, whereas they are seperate wires that plug into the Brembo pads.
Once you have all the correct bits, it is a straight forward swap over. They even use the same caliper bolts. The only hassle is bleeding the new calipers.

The good news is that the Brembos are fantastic and it will out brake many much smaller and lighter cars.
