On the other side, we have driven it a few times, once as an official D3 event, pretty easy stuff but great countryside and beware of going wrong or speeding because they will get you! |

I read of fines of up to £20k for being in the wrong place........... £300 for speeding. And they can even confiscate your car which would mean a long walk home for me if I got it really wrong! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

You do need to be a bit careful, remember it is a greenlane not a pay and play day. But there are lots of lanes all non damaging, TFC has some routes marked out. |

Have just dug out my OS maps of the area and the last time I went round those parts the groups started at Ogborne St George and the area north of Marlborough (not Salisbury Plain at all!)and then around Avebury on the Sunday- some great lanes round there, all non damaging but I remember them being very muddy and it was in November..... there are some cracking pubs round that area too. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

To be fair if you are happy to drive the same routes the organising is done, although it might need a recce to check the lanes. |
