2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

I'm sure you could hitch a lift in a lowly TDV6 Martin. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Maps can be made available, as Pelyma says, it's greenlaning so speeds have to be 'appropriate' - and be careful not to stray off route...
When we did the recce (Febuary IIRC) the muddy sections were excellent fun, by the time we ran the event in March, some sections were as dry as a witches tit, which meant we had an extra 2 hours drinking time each day Very Happy
Some of the lanes may be a bit tight but generally non-damaging, equipment wise, a recovery strop / rope, pair of decent shackles, boots & gloves should be all you need along with a PMR for comms of course - oh, and some 'spends' for the beer stops Wink

If something is sorted out guys can I come along as a passanger with one of you Bow down I promise to be the one who gets out and connects the ropes in the mud Honest.

Of course I would take my own but I am a bit worried about the wheels promblems that RRUK had other wise nothing would stop me getting dirty after all that's what they are built for right Wink Wink Wink

Is there enough space in a RRS for the recovery gear? I'm sure that not everyone would need the gear as long as a couple in each group did?

I'm definitely up for this. And now I've got a D3 and I can take six passengers and the recovery kit! Laughing
How about doing this some time next month before Xmas. Or even over the Xmas break? Matt

RRS ownership for 1 yr, then D3 for 2 yrs. Then cut back to old bangers and working my way back up through two Peugeots in 6 months. Now got Saab 9-5 2.3t and enjoying the performance!
