United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Zambezi Silver

MDP – I also have some of your issues in my SC, including the little knock through the steering column at low speeds, noisy wipers (replaced them 2 weeks ago with new ones at the dealer, still noisy!) and false front parking aid warnings. Also, the brakes started squeaking again.. first took care of this at the dealer in August, and all was ok until last week. I’ve also gotten the “vibration” at moderate speeds (30mph) where the car shakes briefly, but this has only happened 3 times so I haven’t had it checked out because I know the dealer will never know how to fix it. By the way, the car is 12 months old, with only 5000 miles driven.

Did they manage to fix the knocking problem for you?

Yes - all seems well so far ..............................

As for the noisy wipers - I have resolved this myself = answer is to use Rain X on your windowscreen - then you don't even need wipers at all Wink and if you do........ then its a joy = silence Very Happy

My dealer replaced a few things in relation to the steering column?????? I didn't get chance to liase with the technician in depth who serviced my car, because I wasn't able to collect the vehicle until the end of the day 6pm and he'd gone.....

In the 12 months I have had a few things replaced/upgraded on the steering column - so maybe I could get a print out of all the work done on my car so far Confused

It appears to be running ok at the minute Cool
