Hi guys,

Just been giving the L494 a check over and a hoover out after a airport run.

I know there's no power steering fluid on the L494 but the dynamic response fluid looks very low or empty I cant see any fluid looking through the top of the reservoir, would an error pop on screen when its low etc? I don't want to over fill it and if it does need filling what do people use?

Hi, you should get a warning on the dash, don't remember exactly what it says now but if you get it you will absolutely know about it, when it's as low as you say it cant be far away from coming on, mine was leaking at NSF wheel, and very quick to pump out the fluid, pumped out 1l of fluid in 4 miles when it went to be diagnosed, I used this stuff as it was half the price of JLR fluid worked perfect and can be found on an online marketplace.
