All terrain tyres for 2012 RRS 20 inch

Hi there,
I have a 2012 RRS and have recently purchased some new 20 inch wheels to replace my 22s.

I want to fit AT tyres to my new wheels and am curious on sizes.

My new wheels are 20inch x 8.5 ET35.
Would it be possible to fit 275 55 20 BFG K02s with no issues?

I have an easy lift module ready for installation to accommodate suspension adjustment.

Apologies regarding the question if its been asked many times but all the info i seem to read is conflicting regarding this size tyre and I am really eager to purchase the BFGs but am hesitant if there going to be an issue.

Cheers guys appreciate any input!

With that size tyre and wheel offset, I don't know but would think they would be pretty close to fouling the wheel arc. Diam. is nearly 80/90mm bigger than standard o.e 275/40 x 20" with a 53mm offset although they are 9.5j rims.

Cheers
Col

Hi Col,

Appreciate the reply on this thanks.

Yeah agreed I was on the same thought process as you really regarding how close I would be on the arches when on full lock.

I have seen a fair few with the 275 55 20 installed specifically with the johnson rods so I was hoping I could make them work utilising the easy lift module to raise my suspension to accommodate the larger tyre however I am still debating how it would clear the arch even if raised 15mm or so extra on normal height.

Hopefully I can find some more info on here confirming.

Thanks again.
