Varying brake pressure whilst driving

Hi All,

I currently have an intermittent braking issue. Whereby if driving the brake feels normal and then all of a sudden Theres a drop in pressure and have to travel a lot further to get the same stopping pressure.

I’ve never had this before during ownership, I have checked and brake fluid seems fine, no leaks around the vehicle whatsoever.

does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? The pads & disks were changed 3 months ago and the only work it has had done to it recently is 2no. Lower arms due to MOT failure

older models had an issue with engine Oil getting into the servo. (the vacume part)

You would remove the vac pipe, and dip a long white cable tie down, as a dip stick to see if oil was present.

probably not your issue, but worth mentioning incase
