L320 - wheel arch removal - corroded screws

Hi All,

Apreciate any help/advice on getting the front drivers side wheel arch liner off, unfortunately the fron screws underneath are corroded and i cant seem to turn them at all. I have ruined the heads on both and though i could try and cut them but no luck. I have attached pics from underneath and inside. I am hoping i can not ruin the arch as want to re-join without having to purchase another! Help!!

Thanks in advance

I pulled the heads on the off, on screws holding my wheel arches on.

Used WD40, and these.

Use a pair of mole grips,,, great bit of kit for jobs like that,, you will be able to lock them on, once you get a bit movement the jobs almost done 2010 RRS, TDV8

Use stainless steel screws and a bit of copperslip grease when replacing them. When I had nothing better to do I replaced a lot of the screws on mine with stainless makes it so much easier if you do need to remove them.

Cheers

Thanks col noted and will do but still struggling to remove really don't want to destroy the wheel arch.
