Help !! Music On/Off and Crackling Speaker

Any help with this I’m at the end of my tether now.

problem started with water drain tube corroding and flooding the roof leaking front and back left l.
Down the back pillar and middle where the amp sits under front passenger seat.

Land Rover wouldn’t help.
So my mate repaired the tube and all was good again.

Problem is when the water was coming in I heard a bang and the music went off and on again.

now 3 month on, I’ve had it back in the garage to replace the head unit, no luck.

Then took the amp out fully and was working fine upside down but when bolted back to the floor the problem persisted audio on and off constantly driving me mad again.

Last resort I thought might be to replace the Bluetooth Module.

However I’ve noticed that only one speaker is crackling back rear left the one in the boot, would discounting this speaker stop the audio going on and off ?
Is it this that’s tripping the music out all the time.

I can’t cope with this car any longer but getting rid now would cost me £6000 in negative equity.

Any help with this I’ll owe you one massively.

Cheers guys !

Hi you need to check the amp again under the passenger seat it might have a dirty connector from the previous water damage. If it works upside down then it works , Id double check it.
Check the amp and check its all dry and the plug connectors look fine.

Don't think it will be the Bluetooth Module - you can get amps from Ebay depending on what audio system you have - just google the part number on the amp.

Also check here about the amps

Cheers.

My mate had it out and cleaned all the connections.

As soon as he put it back in it started playing up again.

The speaker at the back one of which is cracking could that have anything to do with it ?

Trying to avoid buying a new amp as they’re like over a grand second hand.
