2011 RRS - Radio not working No sound no lcd - water damage

Hi. I have a customer car. That lady wash her car interior using water gun.
I check mother board of screen and cd below lcd screen. one was water damage. Fuses are ok. Im wondering if i buy lcd module and cd/audio module from scrap car will it work or i have to program it to the car? Anyone had experience? Sorry im not too much into RR cause i repair mostly German cars. Thanks for any info
