One of the guys from Scuderia has got back to me. He had said LR no longer supply the part, he has also said, like you say, that LR080119 superseded LR034643. He has listed all there hoses, so assume LR advise replacing all 3 at once. I guess it makes sense, if one o ring has started to leak I guess the rest won’t be far behind.

Thanks for the heads up. Unfortunately the dealership never mentioned that part. I assume that’s why Scuderia parts listed all 3 hoses. Do you know if the rear hoses that go to the oil cooler etc the same?

Magic, I was hoping there would be o rings available. Bought some from simply bearings after referencing a thread for the oil cooler gasket job. Much appreciated! |

O rings arrived yesterday. I bought the 4mm x 45mm. They were a bit too tight when trying to push the hose back on, even with a good bit of silicon grease applied. So used my Dremel to lightly buff the ID of them. Tried again and there was a decent bit of resistance but they slipped on with some medium force. I should probably went for the 3.5mm x 45mm instead. Anyway it cost me around £20 in parts instead of the best part of £600 and o have a good few spare incase it develops anymore weeps. |
