Just tell them to take it back as its dangerous. They fixed mine, they said by a special software patch, so why not yours? I am not so sure that they didnt actually change the rack, but didnt want to admit it as they know I do quite a bit on various social media sites.

I’ve had same issue on Mazda CX60 I just got rid of - there was a recall and they replaced a part in steering rack on all vehicles Banging Head
