Hi All, my remote app is not working, it's just spinning as if its trying to communicate but nothing. It was 3 years old last month and I have renewed the full subscription.
I have also been having issues with the SIM card in the car, I lost traffic data and Ubigi sent me a new sim but that is not connecting to data either.
Do the Land Rover connected services run off this SIM card (in the armrest) or is it a separate one, trying to figure out if they are connected issues or separate ones.
Typical this happens the month after warranty is out.

Connected services are a separate SIM. I was able to get my remote app set up with my car even before I picked it up. I could see the fuel level and doors being opened/closed during the pre-delivery checks and valeting.

Take a look at your InControl portal and see if there's any subs that you're missing.
