2012 RRS Rear ACE Bar replacement

Hi All
I have no established that the rear ACE bar is leaking Evil or Very Mad
I live in central Scotland , can anyone recommend a good Independent dealer to to the work, and any idea of the costs involved.
Happy for any advice.
