Limp mode new manifolds (problem)

Hi been a follower for a while but first post on here Looking for some advice car was going into limp mode (engine system fault)fault code p023d switched it off and it would clear for couple days sometimes would happen few times in same day. changed turbo hoses but fault still there so smoke tested and both inlet manifolds hairline cracks. Fitted 2 new manifolds when I started it it would sit at 500rpm with no throttle response for 30-40 seconds then jump up to 800rmp where it would take the throttle but very very sluggish. Fault codes with a nanocom eco are
P0241- turbo/supercharger boost sensor B circuit low
P00A3- charge air cooler temp sensor
P065E- intake manifold tuning valve bank 1
P0237- turbo/supercharger boost sensor circuit low sensor A
P007D- acc denied front smart module failed
P0100- mass/volume air flow circuit
P0113- intake air temperature sensor 1
P010A- mass/volume air flow circuit B
P023D- manifold absolute pressure
U2023- control module network signal
Changed map and maff sensors
Checked fuel pressure at schrader valve 0psi so changed fuel filtre (Mann) still the same so changed lpfp which gave me 7psi at ignition on and 3 psi at idle

On a Autel fuel rail pressure was 23237kpa fitted a hpfp but no change on start up or the fuel rail.
Leak off test on all 8 injectors was 35-45ml in 3 mins
Injector readings
1-1398 kpa
2-803 kpa
3- 600 kpa
4- 912 kpa
5- 1061 kpa
6- 1400 kpa
7- 1365 kpa
8- 958 kpa
Swapped injector 3 with 1 but readings still the same so did a continuity test on injector 3 wires and did a continuity test from engine block to each wire on all 8 injectors all earths read the same and all signal wires read the same.
Removed egrs and put power to them both functioning in and out and no broken parts. Egr 4.71% and bank 2 is 6.67% at idle these are valeo fitted 18 months ago.
Lowered the down pipes and inspected turbos both look and feel fine both actuators are moving. Been at it for weeks so probably forgot some things any help would be greatly appreicated

Was a rag left in an intake pipe and got sucked to the turbo? Inlet manifolds require removing a lot of parts, were they all put back correctly, plugged in, new gaskets, etc? 2011 RRS HSE Luxury 3.0 TDV6 Fuji White on Ebony/Ivory

Not to my knowledge but I am double checking as I go. All new gaskets was fitted and new copper washers on injector's.
