When I press the front washer the wipers start but the water squirms the rear window. The rear does the opposite rear wipers squirt to windscreen.
Hoses on wrong pump or wires wrong? Where would you look?

Trypical problem if the body has just been off

Have not had it long so dont know if body has been off. Only found out when i tried to wash the rear screen, since wipers work on auto for the front.

Will swap hoses, is it wheel off, access under the passenger wing?

yes. May not need to take the wheel off, but it will need jacking up
