Any one else got message on the App that remote door unlocking is temporarily unavailable? Wonder if this is anything to do with the N888 security update? MY 24 D300 Dynamic

Yes mines the s@me though I can’t confirm it was exactly the same day as the software patch was applied. Seems very suspicious as was the stopping power companies controlling the charging of the car. I wonder if JLR was hacked and this was the response, to stop the remote opening in case it allowed thieves access to the cabin. I know they can’t be open with what might have happened but they could at least tell owners of these expensive cars why they are changing and impacts.

Yes mines the same and car was only delivered two weeks ago, so must have latest security updates!

In relation to the remote door lock function on the remote app, this is currently not working, and we are working on a fix for this.

It’s linked to the latest security software update. Unsure if and when this feature will return as I believe JLR identified a security issue with the app that thieves were exploiting to gain access to the car.

Not sure this is the case, had the security enhancement last week and the issue is still on the App. I will wait for a bit and hassle Land Rover again

Yes exactly that - the latest security update removes the remote lock/unlock functionality from the car.
