Live feeds off the GAP 11D MAP and MAF sensors

Hi,

Been having a strange one here.

When the vehicle is cold and going uphill under load it will simply shut down and come to a stop.
Turning off and on again will clear the temp fault and generally off I go again.

Monitoring the live feeds of both banks of the MAP and MAF sensors I note that under full throttle the line rises consistently to a point at which it leaves the readable scale on my GAP 11d tool and as I decelerate they come down from wherever they went and reduce consistent until I stop the vehicle.
In addition the EGR positions are nice and smooth in their opening and closing during this run.

I have cleaned all the sensors and leak tested the induction side of both turbos. There is an amount of soot exiting the tail pipes, more so than usual.

Only changes I have made is we are running a tank of shell expensive diesel and some complete fuel system cleaner.

When warm it is very hard to replicate this event.

Anyone know what the KPA value we should see in the high end of WOT on these 3.6d engines. Think my scale on the GAP tool stops at 400k g/ph for the MAF and 240kpa MAP and it looks like the curve of the line rises in a nice ark but off the charts until I start the deceleration process where they come back into view again nicely arking back down.

I think the default value/maximum MAF value on my Jag is 399 Kg/ph , so maybe engines aren't expected to exceed this?

Then I suppose if this in fact the case which is reasonable given the table is set at these values for a reason, the engine is experiencing over boost and is shutting itself down for protection.

Hope it is just actuators but both going at the same time.
